Deandra Duggans is currently Vice President of Brand Marketing for the Las Vegas Aces (WNBA) where she is responsible for leading brand strategy and overseeing day-to-day management of marketing, partnership marketing initiatives, content, and innovation for the Aces brand.

She previously spent six seasons as the Director of Advertising and Branding at the Baltimore Ravens where she helped develop long-term strategy and seasonal marketing plans for all initiatives and events to fuel consumer demand and strengthen the Ravens brand connection with fans. Before joining the Ravens, Deandra spent four years at Events DC, the official convention and sports authority for the District of Columbia and the face of conventions, sports, entertainment and cultural events within our nation’s capital. She most recently served as the Marketing Manager for the Sports and Entertainment Division where she oversaw Events DC’s advertising buys and developed marketing opportunities for the city’s large-scale sports events.

Deandra was born and raised in Washington, DC and graduated from N.C. State (B.S., ’06) and Georgia State (M.S., ’09) where she serves on the Sport Management Advisory Board and was named an honoree of the Georgia State University Alumni Association’s “40 Under 40” (Class of 2020). She served as a member of the 2022 Clio Sports Jury for the prestigious Clio Sports, which honors the best in sports advertising and marketing around the world and is a member of the Engagement Academy of Sports and Entertainment, which is comprised of industry leaders, athletes, creators, and entertainers who play a vital role in driving an engaging and inclusive future of sports content, experiences, and entertainment.
